For all our orders we use Post NL (international) or local pickup in our studio in Rotterdam. If you want you can choose optional for track & trace in the check-out procedure. And if you prefer another option we are open to suggestions, feel free to contact us!

We ship to just about everywhere on Earth with a various shipping options. Please note that any taxes, duties, or fees incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions related to international shipping.

Return and exchange policies

If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your purchase, simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will happily accept your return and process a refund or exchange.

Domestic customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to Nieuwe Hoogte. Nieuwe Hoogte will cover the cost of shipping an exchanged item to the customer. We recommend utilizing a shipping service with a tracking number.

International customers are responsible for both incoming and outgoing shipping costs, duties, customs fees, and taxes on returned or exchanged items. We recommend utilizing a shipping service with a tracking number.
